Ⅰ. Scope of Warranty Coverage
This warranty policy applies to Microphone-Store products purchased directly through the official Microphone-Store website, authorized e-commerce platforms, or authorized physical stores. Only the original purchaser (including individual consumers, enterprises, educational institutions, government agencies, etc.) is eligible for this warranty service. Products purchased through unauthorized third-party channels are not covered by this warranty.
II. Warranty Period and Coverage
Microphone-Store provides a one-year limited warranty for the eligible products, effective from the date of original purchase. Under normal use, the product will not exhibit any defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. If you discover any defects covered by the warranty during the warranty period, Microphone-Store will provide appropriate solutions, such as sending replacement parts of the same model or equivalent functionality for you to replace, or repairing or replacing the entire unit if necessary. Please keep the product serial number (found on the device body or in the manual) and proof of purchase in a safe place for verification when submitting a warranty claim.
III. Non-Warranty Scope
This warranty covers only product quality issues caused by manufacturing defects and does not cover failures or damage caused by the following circumstances:
1. Improper use: including abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair of the product;
2.Improper maintenance: failure to follow the user manual in accordance with the product manual, or damage caused by negligence;
3. Environmental factors: damage caused by exposure to extreme high or low temperatures, excessive humidity, severe vibration, dust, corrosive chemicals, liquid ingress, lightning strikes, or other natural forces or acts of God;
4.Normal wear and tear: wear, aging, or performance degradation of the product's outer casing, body cover, connectors, battery, and accessories resulting from normal use;
5. Other exclusions: missing or damaged product serial numbers or anti- counterfeiting labels, as well as malfunctions caused by non-Microphone-Store original accessories.
IV. Obtaining Warranty Service
If your product experiences a malfunction covered by the warranty during the warranty period, please contact Microphone-Store customer service via email (support@microphone-store.com). To expedite processing, please provide the product model, serial number, original purchase date, and proof of purchase. Our support team will verify your warranty eligibility and guide you through the next steps, including troubleshooting, parts replacement and shipping, or the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process. You may need to ship the defective product to a designated location or follow the instructions from our support team. for further processing.
V. Shipping Costs
If you need to return the product to avail of warranty services, the customer shal bear the shipping costs for sending the product to the designated location specified by Microphone-Store. Microphone-Store will cover the return shipping costs when sending back the repaired or replaced product after completing the warranty service. If product accessories are missing due to incorrect packaging or manufacturing defects, or if the product is damaged upon arrival (DOA) (see next section), Microphone-Store will replace the missing parts or provide a new product free of charge and cover the related shipping costs.
Ⅵ. Damaged upon arrival (DOA)
If the product has severe functional defects or cannot be started or used normally upon initial delivery (i.e., “damaged upon arrival”), please contact Microphone-Store within 7 days of signing for the package to request a replacement. After confirming that the product meets the DOA criteria, we will promptly replace it with a brand-new product of the same model and cover the round-trip shipping costs. If you prefer not to replace the product, you may opt for a return and refund, which will be processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
VII. Extended Warranty
You can register your product on the official Microphone-Store website within 30 days of purchase to receive an additional 6 months of warranty coverage. After successful registration, the total warranty period for your product will be extended to 18 months from the date of purchase. The terms and conditions of the extended warranty service are the same as those of the standard warranty.
Ⅷ. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Microphone-Store's liability under this warranty is limited to providing the warranty services described above. Your sole remedy is for Microphone-Store to repair or replace the defective product or parts in accordance with this policy. Microphone-Store shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from product malfunctions or inability to use the product, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, data loss, damage to other equipment, or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product. In no event shall Microphone-Store's cumulative liability for the product exceed the amount you actually paid for the product.
Ⅸ. Other Legal Rights
Within the scope permitted by law, the rights provided under this limited warranty supersede any other express or implied warranties.
If applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of implied warranties, the validity of any such implied warranties shall be limited to the one-year term of this warranty. Please note that mandatory legal provisions in different countries or regions may grant you additional rights. Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, or do not allow the limitation of the duration of implied warranties, so some of the above liability limitation provisions may not apply to you. This warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
