Ⅰ.Scope of Application
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products sold on the Microphone-Store website, including professional wireless microphones, wireless conference systems, portable audio systems, and other 3C/electroacoustic consumer electronics. It covers all individual consumers (e.g., in the U.S., EU, Asia-Pacific, etc.) and institutional customers worldwide. This policy is designed to comply with consumer protection laws in major sales markets, such as regulations on return periods and warranties in different countries/regions, ensuring transparent and high-standard service for our customers.
Ⅱ.Return Conditions & Timeframe
1.Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received the product. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted (unless required by laws or due to product defects covered under warranty).
2.Product Condition: Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including: complete product with no damage, original packaging, all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, etc. If you have an invoice or proof of purchase, please provide it to expedite the return process;
3.Non-Compliant Returns: If the returned item fails to meet the above requirements (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts not caused by us), we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.
Ⅲ.Return Process
1.Request Authorization: Within the return period, contact us via email at support@microphone-store.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA). Note: Unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back at the customer’s expense.
2.Receive Instructions: After approving your request, we will email you detailed return instructions and your RMA number.
3.Ship the Item: Pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and materials. Ship to the address provided in your RMA instructions. For items valued over $150, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for protection.
4.Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you via email of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank processing may take 10–14 days for the funds to appear in your account). Once the refund is processed, we will send a confirmation email to the email address provided in your order.
Ⅳ.Shipping & Associated Fees
1.Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to product defects, quality issues, or our shipping error, the customer is responsible for both outgoing and return shipping fees. We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective returns. You must arrange and pay for return shipping.
2.International Orders: Free returns or exchanges are not available for international orders (except for defective products or our errors). If returning for non-product-related reasons, shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
3.Original Shipping Fees: The initial shipping fee paid during purchase is non-refundable. Only the product price will be refunded.
4.Duties & Taxes: If your order includes import duties, taxes, or customs fees, these charges will not be refunded. You will receive a refund for the product itself, but cannot recover the taxes paid for importation. For returns caused by defects or item-misdescription, we will provide documentation to help you apply for a tax refund from the relevant tax authority (whether a refund is possible depends on the laws and regulations of each country and specific circumstances).
Ⅴ.Refund Processing Time
Upon confirming that the returned item meets all requirements and is undamaged, we will process your refund promptly. We commit to completing the refund review and submitting it to your bank within approximately 10 business days after receiving the returned item. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method or bank (typically 5–7 business days after processing). If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe: First, check your bank statement and contact your card issuer for updates. Ⅵ.Exchange Policy
Our store currently does not offer direct product exchanges. If the product you received does not fully meet your requirements: You may return the item for a full refund following our standard return policy, then place a new order for the desired product. If the product is defective or damaged during shipping, You may choose between returning for a refund and exchanging for the same model if inventory permits. (In this case, you must still return the defective product through the return process; once we receive and confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement of the same model free of charge). Ⅶ.Product Warranty Policy
1. Post 30-Day Return Period: After the initial 30-day return window expires, we generally do not accept returns for subjective reasons. However, your product remains covered by statutory and manufacturer warranty protections;
2. 12-Month Limited Warranty - Replacement Only: For 1 year from the receipt date, if your product fails due to manufacturing defects (non-human damage under normal use), you qualify for our "Replacement-Only" warranty service: Upon confirming the defect and functional fault through inspection, we will replace your product with a new unit of the same model. This replacement service does not incur additional product costs;
3. Warranty Service Application: If you need to apply for the above warranty service, please contact us via our customer service email, and we will provide you with a warranty RMA number and return instructions. The responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined based on specific circumstances and local legal requirements;
4. Extended Warranty: Registered users can enjoy an additional 6 months of extended warranty (18 months in total). During the extended period (months 13-18), if your product malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect (non-human damage under normal use), the “replacement only” policy still applies.
